Well folks, today marks the first day that Ray began his ministry at Heritage Park... which is referred to as the HPAC. Hmmm, not so sure on the name but I am sure that it will grow on me.
We said goodbye to our families yesterday afternoon as they travelled back to their lives in Peterborough. It was a little emotional for me, as I think that it will be an adjustment; not having our parents close by - or any friends to hangout with just yet. But God has called and he will meet all of our needs, and he has been so faithful to provide for us that I am sure that he has some new friends for me here.
I am excited about a ministry that I am going to be getting invovled in, Dance ministry!!! And those of you who know me, know I love to dance. I may not have the lithe body for it, but God will know my heart. Ok I don't know if Lithe is a word... in case its not, I mean taute and slim.
You know as I sit here and think about the things I am going to wirte I am so thankful that God has thought me to excercise tact! It's lile I have my own comment moderation genie in my head saying "remember who reads this Trina... how would they take your comments?" Not that I have anything nasy to say, but sometimes the way that I think about things comes across in a sarcastic manor. So woo-hoo for the Holy Spirit and his influence on my life.
My hair is in this weird stage where it needs to be cut.. but I am too nervous to cut it. Although its not doing anything for me....
Well I Am off.. Joshua bellows.
